Process Overview
Interior Design, Planning & Renovation
Our design process commenced with a thorough analysis of Chan Brothers' workflow and communication requirements. Collaborating closely with the client, we conceptualised a design that maximises space utilisation and privacy. Our decisions were informed by ergonomic principles, Chan Brothers’ employee feedback, and industry best practices, ensuring optimal functionality while adhering to the desired aesthetic.
Scope of Work
For effective sound management, high-density acoustic panels were integrated into the workstation partition walls. These panels were strategically positioned to minimise noise transmission and reduce ambient distractions, significantly contributing to increased focus and overall productivity.
Office Reno also helped to route wiring discreetly within the panels, eliminating clutter while facilitating convenient access to power sources for electronic devices. Stringent safety measures were followed throughout the process, and the final result met industry standards and Chan Brothers’ expectations.
Our approach to document storage solutions was driven by both functionality and aesthetics as requested by Chan Brothers. We meticulously designed custom cabinets for each workstation, using high-quality wood and durable metal components. Locks were included on each cabinet for the security of confidential information and personal items of the employees.

The objective was to create a versatile workspace with meeting rooms alongside a low-height cubicle workspace layout for enhanced collaboration and space efficiency.

Revamping Lite-On's Office
We worked closely with Lite On to understand their requirements and company culture. Our design focused on functionality, aligning with Lite On's vision of fostering productivity and collaboration.
Scope of Work
Central to Lite-On’s requirements was the integration of a meeting room that would serve as a private yet transparent space. Our approach involved selecting specialised soundproof glass panels with proven acoustic insulation capabilities.
Working alongside acoustics experts, we meticulously determined the optimal glass thickness and composition to minimise sound transmission while maintaining a visual connection with the larger workspace.
Our design for low-height cubicles aimed to balance individual workspace needs and collaboration. Unobstructed sightlines and optimised height transformed Lite-On’s new workspace.
In line with Lite-On’s branding, the colour choice for the workspace partitions were meticulously aligned with their corporate identity and brand colours of blue and white.
Creating functional zones while preserving privacy and promoting collaboration was achieved through a strategic layout strategy. Collaborating closely with Lite-On, cubicle partition positioning was planned to achieve the right balance between personal and team spaces.
Each zone was designed to facilitate teamwork and interaction, with thoughtful consideration given to optimal space allocation, ensuring that privacy and communication were seamlessly balanced.
Elo Touch

Elo Touch Solutions (Singapore) Pte. Ltd, an electronics supplier, engaged Office Reno to turn a limited area into multifunctional workspaces. The objective was to build a separate office workspace, which included a meeting room and an open-concept workspace layout to strengthen collaboration.

Restructure Limited Office Space
We collaborated closely with Elo to gain a deep understanding of their needs and entrepreneurial spirit. Our design mainly focuses on lighting & space usability, to help achieve Elo Touch's goal of a more functional, productive, and visually appealing office environment.
Scope of Work
When Elo Touch Solutions approached us with the challenge of enhancing their office space, one of the primary concerns was the lighting arrangement. The existing lighting setup was inadequate, leading to suboptimal working conditions and a lack of ambiance.
Office Reno installed a combination of ambient lighting fixtures to transform the space into a well-lit and inviting environment for productivity. The incorporation of energy-efficient LED fixtures elevated the overall ambiance, reduced energy consumption, and created visual interest for the office space.
The initial open layout of Elo Touch’s office lacked the necessary quiet zones for focused work. To address this, we installed partition walls to isolated private workspaces from the communal areas. Sliding glass partition panels were also integrated to provide a more open feel and allow light to travel through to the rooms.
